i was taking the mudflaps off my mk4 when i hit a small problem tht really got on my tits

i was taking the last mudflap off on the back...i took every screw out visible and it still wouldnt come off

until i looked under the rear valance and saw a bolt....i pulled the plastic away from insode the arch and found that the bolt had the nut welded on =S i mean whats then idea of that?

Maybe a previous nut had been rounded off or something silly like that!

y not just change the nut n bolt lol

the nut has been welded all over and i think its welded to the rear valance

I'm gun hav to bodge it or sumfin

when i was takin mine off the bolts were all seized with rust, so out came the hacksaw haha :D
