Unlucky dude, perhaps look at doing pass plus? Show a pic of the polo replacing this 1 to lighten the mood.

Power steering?????????

PAH!

You wuss!!

;)

if u still have the other car you could probably swap it over !! dont know how hard it would be but its just an idea if u really miss it !!!

Power steering actually serves no purpose at all on small cars.

New one looks good, shame about the old one!

The reason your new one feels faster might be coz it's got no power steering sapping the engine

Unlucky mate! Nice new motor though

  • Author

nah the other car went off to the scrappy yesterday was abit gutting to see her go but such as life!

yeah i agree with u on the power steering thing coz when the cars driving just feels a wee bitty harder to turn but its fuck all i will get useto it in no time I'm damn sure of it =D

cheers again!

Andy

power steering is for gays anyway

new car looks good, less doors than your old one and better colour imo

unlucky sorry to hear about the accident

at least you're ok. did u get any pics of the oil? cos the council should be liable if its that?

  • Author

emmm not to sure what u mean about the pics of the oil? or do u mean on the road surface i slid on? if so i didnt but I'm going to write to them saying that there should be a barrier at that part of the round about... if i didnt slide sideyways n hit the pole i woulda been fucked right into a 20ft dpretty steep downslope into a ditch =/

so i want there to be something there to stop it happening to other people because abpit a month ago a guy done what i jsut said would of happend to me but he got pretty fucked up and he was only an old guy to...

Andy

Glad to see you ok!

New motor looks nice and tidy!

unlucky sorry to hear about the accident

How could the council possibly be liable for oil on the road?

Black ice and oil...

Lets create a world full of barriers, that'll solve the problem. If they put up a barrier everywhere someone had an accident then we wouldn't be able to move for them.

If it was cold enough for there to be ice on the road I doubt trying to navigate a round about at 22mph was a particularly sound concept.

Edited by Tav

I was about to say has no one picked up he did a roundabout at 22MPH.. i wouldn't even do that on a sunny day... Especially not in the cold!!

Although you have learned a lesson by the sounds of it... Good Luck with your new car and try to take corners a lil slower.. unless you add 4WD ;)

feeling touchy today tav? lol

gutted for you mate, i hit some ice once, and its scary as owt! luckily all i did was hit a kerb and stop so no write off, but my car since got rear ended and its gutting :-(

I guess at least you've learned that driving when its like that is awful! steady driving is key... until you get a warm dry day and an open road :-D

liking the new ride though, got plans for it?
