Well the biggest discs you can get into 10in wheels are about 8in,depending on caliper profile and wheel spacing. The bells of Polo 239 discs are 135mm,with a useable surface area of 49mm. To turn them down,you'd realistically have about 32-35mm surface area. Drum-in-disc rear calipers would be low profile enough with their small pistons/depth/curve. But you'd surely never get insured..

and you can get 8.4's under 10's if you fit them dodgy huge offset coopers lookalike rims, i think its mini speed that sells them. i woudl never have any though as they wil seriously mess with bearings!

Polomon,those 10-hole S replica's would look mad on a decked chrome bumper MK1 Polo. I still think 12's are the way forward - with modified carriers,most 12's would go over standard VWII calipers hugging 236mm vented discs. 6x12 Revo deeps with '54 Beetle hubcaps on a 100mm slammed breadvan FTW!

They'd have to be sevens,but Yoko do a 165x55x12..

Anyone know if theyll fit over the brakes?

Lupo brakes are the same size as Polo ones. So with a bit of grinder action on the caliper the should go on okay. Might vary from wheel to wheel though because of the back of them.
