how hard/expemsive is it going to be to make these fit a Polo?

you will just need adapters if you want to put them on a 6n you would need 4x100 to 4x130 adapters.

You could also look at wobble bolts although i dont know if they would be appropitate to fit 4x130 wheels onto 4x100
