Well last night some tit in a fiesta decieded he would get to close to me on a roundabout and almost wrote me off.

In a rage a went back round and after him, wasnt in the best moods as it was.

Got to some lights where I was gonna get out and confront him but they changed, so both went screaming off from the lights. Got to a national speed limit zone which I did not break when I had blue's going on an unmarked car in my mirror.

So I kinda slowed down and it overtook me and sat behind the fiesta, then almost came to a stand still so I put my hazzards on and it exited off the duel carridge way behind the fiesta.

Had the police drive up n down my road a couple of times past my car but they didnt stop.

If I do get stopped by them obviously after the time it happened. Is there anything they can do??

Can I just say well as you overtook me I presumed it had nothing to do with me?

Any advice much appreciated, oh and I hope it all makes sense

They've just marked your car as one to look out for.

My Scirocco had that, pulled over almost every day for two months for loads of different reasons.

I even had one try and arrest my younger brother and I for stealing and joy riding in a car reported stolen and seen racing around over the past year. I pointed out that he was nine, showed him the documents ect. He wouldn't have it but fortunately the "car in question" a black Scirocco Scala hooned past, so I was let off, well I had to be really, the officer was back in his car like a moth to a flame leaving us standing by the road.

I plucked up the courage to enquire about this on one of my many trips to the police station, if you are pulled by the police more than a certain number of times within a certain time period and can prove it then you can file a report for harrassment. I didn't do this but I have never been pulled over since that enquirery but that could also be due to not driving a Scirocco.

Yeah I got a harrasment order against them when I had my black polo, I got stopped 19times in 8months!

i very rarely get pulled over! I live opposite an detective inspector iirc so i make sure whoever pulls me over, knows this. I never see the cops again!

If you do get pulled over lots, send a letter recorded delivery to the top brass of your local force making a complaint. He then has to look into the complaint and may even contact you to give you the outcome.
