1998 VW Polo 1.9 TDI 200 BHP

Featured Replies

The vehicle I own is a VW Polo 1.9 TDI PD 200 BHP Winner at Edition 38 show 2006 and front cover of Performance VW Magazine 2006 (also featured in REDLINE Magazine 2006)

Some of you might have seen it and others may have not but its a real nice car.

Alot of work has been done to the vehicle all by professional people and its all got to

go.

I guess there’s so much to list but id rather explain it over the phone or other means,

But briefly the engine conversation was done by a company called Dubsport wigan.

The conversation took 9-11 months long, end result 200bhp and about 340 torque using alot of Audi S4 parts/MK3 Golf VRG etc.

The car was then taken to the body shop were Harpenden Classic & Performance reformed the vehicle from scrap to a show piece. Fitting a VW Polo 6N2 complete front end (with xenons) to the vehicle and widing the arches. All metal fabricated work including audi door handles and flash tailgate

It then went from there to A1 Auto Trimmers, to have the whole inside of the vehicle reformed, I obtained some MK1 Golf Highline front seats (which i also had to modified to fit in the runners) I had the seats all red leather and the roof, pillar trims etc etc. was all grey alcantra including the door cards, parcel shelf.

From there it went to ICC Audio to have a complete customise built ICE setup all including Polk Audio equipment top of the range. With Alpine DVD screen

The descripition can go on but its better to see the car then describing it, but it wont disappoint you when you see it and when you drive it, it sure will do the same.

I guess you all want to know why am selling it and its quite mad after spending near £26,000K But am getting married unfortunatly and need 4 walls and a roof to live in.

The car doesnt get driven and is only used for shows otherwise stored away. The millage is very low and its got a MOT til October 2008 & TAX til April 2008. The car has a oil change every year even though it doesn't get driven much.

You can view this website for some pictures http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/368652.htm

But am looking for around about £10,000K ono but thats for everything you see, i haven't removed anything from the car. I have all the receipts of all the work done on the car too.

Please call me on 07958 358810 or email me back for more info.

Hope someone can look after it just like me now.

Thank you

the millage on the vehicle if people would like to know

is around 12,000 miles

When the engine conversation was done, Dubsport told

me that the engine they will be putting in only has

10,000 miles.

So i've done appox 2,000 miles since then. That would

be mainly going to show driving
