thats probably right, i had stupid quotes for my mk3, i got it down to £1100 with a irish company, but their prices have shot through the roof recently.

when i took out the policy i said i had a provisional, and when i passed they couldn't change the price because i had already started a contract.

now iv got a mk2 on classic insurance, i love the price on that one

do the passplus mate. It costs about £150, but it saved me just over £700 with More Than. Well worth it in the long run.

go TPFT for the first year. its the only way i could afford it. still over £100p/m though.
