My bad, i forgot all about the new one, its making its first appearences at the mo at different car shows as the Scirocco and not the concept car. I think pvw or Golf+ reckon autumm this year/spring next year.

in this months golf plus it says september 08.

What Dub James said. The Scirocco was an excellent coupe based on the MK1 Golf. It had a re-skin in the early 80s,but was still the same car underneath. This new car isnt. Its a completely different car. Its VW's badge,and their marketing dept have every right to do as they please with it. But whilst the classic Rocco is my cup of tea,this new car is not.

After seeing the new model more and more I ain't too hot on the styling, but it should be amazing to drive. Nothing will surpass the Mk1 though
