Had this system on my FTO a while back and was in full working order when taken off, all that's required as far as I'm aware is 1 bulb, consists of ballasts x2 (1 for each headlight) and wiring. There is also 1 bulb attached. Have an awesome blue tint to them makes the car look wicked.
