Engine:

PY engine (g40) recent charger rebuild.

GT inlet manifold, cleaned injectors. standard throttle body (at the moment)

K&N air filter with a samco hose to charger.

de-cat with full stainless steel exhaust. (single 2 1/2 " exit)

Suspension:

Full KW suspension (variant 1 or 2) - the rear is adjustable like Phil j kit

70mm? Full front end poly bushes from Powerflex.

Brakes:

New calipers and carriers (dont think there standard?)

EBC green stuff pads

Brembo brake disc - grooved (239mm )

lycos mastercylinder (22.2)

Wheels and Tyres:

Brock B5's 7j wide

175/50/14

Sonar budget tyres lol..

Exterior Styling:

Vw badge on grill black and same with back

tinted headlights and front indicators (clears )

one german spec and one uk spec light off late spec lights (mouthfull)

some very light tints (standard) have a green tinge to it

Interior Styling:

full g40 seats, black door cards

black carpet. (have black roof liner)

momo steering wheel with flat bottom

lots of late spec gear, different parcel shell without the bumpy texture.

rear seat belt runners (about three sets)

some plastic bits for the front seats to cover the metal?

no sound proofing under carpets and no rubber.

took away the metal foot rest beside the accelerator pedal. (big feet )

lots of other little things i just cant think of right now.

ICE and Security:

erm none ! but i do have infinity 6x9's need Vibe black air2 twin 10" lots of components and other

some alarm system with central lockin and boot popper

This is my red coupe

5th coupe to date, i've had every Reg on a coupe ( to my knowledge )

from a H plate right throo to M reg.

4 red and 1 black, had a 1.0 spi 1.3 spi a GT and now g40.

Enjoyed everyone and would still go back to a 1.0 spi if it was cool enough.

This shell was bought from Querty ! < (thomas)

travelled down to pick it up on trailer and had a good wee chat.

brought the car back up and stripped it right now its had everything replaced changed or modified, and now I'm proud to announce its mine and i done it :)

and then started by fittin the engine!

i left the car full of junk. and thats not half of it

it was a toss up between phil j 80mm

or KW 75mm lol

as i found out the kw were much more expensive i decided to use them!

phil j is in storage if anyone?? done 500miles on car :)

these are my brakes, even modified still dont stop like i'd hope

it was a big toss up between BROCKS

or BORBETS

you can tell which ones i picked.

and after a good polish

what its sittin like at the mo. still to fit a bonnet extension spacer the back wheels and fit my other exhaust

yea u will defo need some good shoes on the beast, matey, dont think those will cut it, but other than that she looks sweet

lol, i know ... but i paid 54 each corner fitted . £216 fitted for budgets.

i have some continental contisports on my borbet t's... and there 195/45 but there on different wheels.

i dont think you can really get awesome tyre in a 175. even if you can probs still wont grip enough.

are there any 175's said to be really good? I'm wondering wether just to revert back to 195's .. just not looking forward to the rubbage!

i have no writing on the sidewalls of the 175's on the back with out spacers! and the lip is cut away .

i need to find an arch roller :)!

Well nice, I prefer the Brocks over the Borbets too.

i only think so because borbets are alot more popular so I'm more likely to see them on another mk3, plus brock has more dish!

the polo looks even better in the flesh - cant wait to see it on the road! cant wait till my breadvan gets the djtez treatment - an inspiration to my car purchasing and a true genious with the polos!

here, at the falkirk cruise i totally didny ken that was u standng talking to us (between the mk2 golk and the seat) didnt recognise u at all! i was the fanny standing in the t-shirt... it was feckin freezin to!

slicks are the only way forward for a g!

it does make it look a little wider but the main reason is due to the fact the other ons mirrors are pushd in, this makes the most dramatic change to width, try it on you are own, take a pic with em oun, n then with them in, from the exact same spot
