i have nine point and gettin a no insurance and defaultive exhaust charge..

so who knows.

court on 2nd dont sound to good with no insurance , u can get away without losing your licence just say u need it for your job they could ban u 4 a couple of days an a fine , i've been there done that got t-shirt , the exhaust issue wont b a problem , i had no insurance a couple of years ago an i got pulled , i got a 10 day ban an couple of hundred quid fine , just make sure u state that u could loss your job if you lose it , just say u drive for a livin , well good luck buddy let us know how u get on . :-D

i was helpin a mate out for a delivery and had no business insurance..

ended up charging me for not having insurance coz officially i wouldn't have been covered...

but really i wasen't employed by them and bla bla bla.. so ill see how it works out
