luke

lookin good so far matey...wish i had a garage like this to do a full project

jamie

Great stuff, respect to the work put in here. How the hell do you keep it going with Uni in Edinburgh?

Your garage is just like mine but a lot wider. I'm annoyed now because I just got rid of two of a set of four calor gas canisters which would have made a perfect set of dollies lol.

I'm planning on getting my caddy on it's side, did you put your polo on a matress?

Wow, I'd love to see what stage this is at now.

You bought this car from my other half, Steve, some years ago now I believe!! We are now restoring a Mk2 Polo Country, secretly I wish he still had this car. Pretty gutted he sold it!!

Glad it's gone to an enthusiastic owner though who's able to give it more time and love than Steve.

Hope it's all going well :-D

His build thread was bumped on the mk1 polo forum a few months back, apparently there is some progress but hes busy working around the country.... So yeh, its still around :)

Yes Steve did say you were the original owner, he said it was pristine when he got it from you, shame he's a bugger and doesn't have as much time as is needed for the older dubs!!

By the way, slightly off topic, you're breaking a bready? You posted a thread but never replied to anyone, you have quite a bit of interest!!
