the other day i shut my boot and it has not opened ever since. It seems oblivious to all central locking and key turning. Just will not budge. key turns like normal, boot wont open. please help how can i fix this I really need my boot!

Turn the key to its locked position - 9 to 3 then pull the handle as if to open, turn the key slowly with the handle pulled out still and it should open. If it's similar to mine the mech. on the end of the key barrel and the latch are misaligned slightly.
