hey all, probly been asked a million times before but whats the crack with tuning my little 1 litre?? i'v been told i can get about 70bhp is this true?? if so where do i start.?

same rules as tuning the mk3 1 litre. spend minimal money and get some reasonable gains in driveability rather than power.
