ah fuck...glad your ok mate that looks properly nasty, good to know the polo did its job n kept you reasonably unharmed...

That is pretty impressive!

Good that you are ok mate!

That's well unlucky, at the end of the day cars can be replaced, and it could have been a lot worse.

As for getting anything out of the farmer, you have very little chance. The first thing you'd need is comprehensive photos of the mud. There are loads of these cases round here, farmers are always dragging mud out, spreading horse shit on the road etc. I cant think of one where anyone has won because there's always very little proof that the farmer did it. Even if the mud comes out of the farm gate, lots of people visit farms across a week so there is no proof that the mud fell from the farmers vehicle.

We all know it will have been the farmer but that seemingly won't do for courts.... justice or what.

Not saying this in a nasty way, so please dont take it offensive - I'm just asking from memory?

Didnt u pass ure test a few weeks ago?

And I'm sorry to hear about this mate! Hope u get some thing sorted!

it'll polish out that mate. got a bottle of 'back to factory' if you want it.

good to hear you're okay.

Nathan.

Thats nasty mate, glad you're alright though..

DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN
