i need to replace the drivers side and they're bolted at the top but I'm nt sure about the bottom

just kick the dent back out

there are 4/5 bolts along the top,two behind the bumper under the indicator,,one inside the wing behind the repetaer and another inside lower on the bulkhead,,then therell be some gunk holding it on,,,give it a pull and itll be off.

The rubber seam sealer can make it tricky to undo some bolts under it,but when you've slotted the socket over the bolt,give the end of the extension bar a thump with a mallet and it'll punch through the sealant. Apply new seam sealer when fitting the new wing - a 500ml size tub should be several quid.
