Whats different about the bucket seat subframes that makes them more expensive than normal subframes?

normal subframes ie ones you cut off your existing polo seats would require welding to a base that fits your bucket seats

specific bucket seat subframes are made to bolt directly to the bucket seat and fit in the exact same fashion as your standard seats without any modifications

so in answer to your question, it would be ease of convenience
