just use a mk3 intank pump, thats all you need.

Hey Phil, got the R6 pump with the carbs, has built in reg so no return needed so should be as easy....

A Mk2 van will probably be my next car, hopefully as a long standing project :). Want to make one low and black with a decent amount of power :p.

what manifold did you use and what connections for the carbs as I've just bought a mk2 with r6 carbs on, but they keep popping off

cheers

Looks like a pretty cool way of flaring arches lol

Gonna need to be doing some of that soon!

That pikey goodness looks like it worked a treat on that. Pikey mods are fine if you make it work. 8-)

However i could see a problem with there being no upwards pressumre to flare the lip up i could see it putting ripples in your back panel above the arch as it tried to pull the whole rear 1/4 off lol

Foto-3B4OFQWL.jpg

you Mean this? it,s a foot from my dad :-D

we needed a block of wood because the polo only weight 760kilo ore some..

so wen we pull on the belts, the car was going to the curps...

dont forget it,s a work car. not a trailer queen :-D

i dont do is the clean and best way because if need the car to transport sand and cement....

if you do it with precision/accuracy it will go the way you wil.

also you can heat the arch with a mini gas burner.

and the most simpel conception is , the car is full of rust... so al the panels are weak...

but it,s good for me and my company
