Right this is just a feeler at the min, to get numbers and ideas etc

A few of us have been banging on for a while about having a trip up to the highlands to abuse their roads

But nothing has ever come of it

With Tav the bastard always starting threads about his drives, and showing how stunning the scenery is up there, I've decided to FINALLY get the ball rolling

I vote - make a weekend of it, that way we`ll see some nice places all over

Sometime in the summer, but when theres no shows so more people are interested

And arrange a meet up there so all the scottish boys can give us a warm beating, or welcome if the like :-D

So, who`s up for it?

Dear Lord, i haven't spoke to you in some time, well the last time i spoke to you was when i was forced to in primary school (lords prayer), overwise i`d of not been allowed to play in the sand pit, anyway less of that, the reason I've contacted you now is to ask a favour of you, being your best creation and all i think i deserve it.

Now i know how much you like to go out with Zues and the boys in summer, get blind drunk, then come home in the morning and piss all over the place thinking its the toilet (blackpool sea)

I know some good roads on the way up to scotland (A68 and the like) go past kielder resevoir and that. Could meet you lot along the way for a bit I suppose.

Why not meet us and join the tour? instead of being half arsed

I suggest that someone finds out the two days this summer when it will not be raining in Scotland and we make it those days, regardless if its mid week or not.

Well Del/Ross/Imrie etc. are planning on going to the west coast in summer...we might be able to tie together something and take in some of the North Easts best roads. Would be nice if we could factor in camping or staying somewhere as it'd need to be a couple of days. I think Mouse also started a thread?

A68...wrong number...good roads start with the letter 'B'...or don't have a letter...
