after one of these for my DMTL should be tha same as DMTR... allowing me to fit the standard airbox and warm air feed system........ anyone either got one or can help me find one for sale new please?!!

no you need an adapter plate to swap from 4-stud weber to 3-stud pooberg fitment. I should be able to fabricate something involving a lot of sealant though hahaa :)
