This originally came from a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6. I then had some new aluminium end tanks fabricated by PSD so it would fit a Mk3 Polo.

The difference this made to the drive was unbelievable. The car felt much more responsive. I was running it on a chipped and pullied G40 but I think it would be perfect for someone doing some serious mods. ie. Eaton/Turbo/G60 conversion.

You will have to modify your front bumper and front panel for this to fit but it only took me about an hour or so to get it in there. I never had it secured in place but if you wanted to do it properly you would need to get someone to make you some brackets and weld them on.

At its widest point the intercooler is approx 29inches long, approx 11 inches tall and approx 3 and a half inches deep.

Its looking a little tatty where its been sat in the shed a long time but with a bit of elbow grease it would look lovely again. Whoever buys it could probably do with giving the cooling fins some silver paint as they have gotten a little greasy.

I will also include all the blue Samco hose I bought to fit this so it should go straight in. The outside diameter of the ports is 2inches.

Dont worry about the black marks on the front of it. Thats just where I was marking out stuff and never washed it off.
