very nice how have you lowered the compression???

its a steal plate!! but the owner of the car thinks he has a burn piston :sad: so low compression piston he has too order by me..even like steal h-shaft rods...(also order with me)

how does the gearbox cope? it had anything done to it?

gearbox has new baring, new 1 and 2synchromerings

new diffhouss and diff..

extra oilchanal

lol must have cost abit..how much this all costing so far?

the turbokit came,s from verhoeven tuning in holland..

the kit cost 5500euro!!! without any pistons :sad:

exhaust and the repare ours.. 3600..

the owner of the car is going to the company and claims his money back!! not the 5500 but the 3600 for last repare,s...

nou the car has drive 8000kilometers and it,s boemmm the engine is dead:(

the crankshaft pully came loose...

than this happend on the freeway!! :(

soo that was the 6n2 16v turbo;)

the car i with me now, I'm gonnan take the whole engine appart to rebuild with wiseco piston,s and scatt rod,s custom made for the smalblock 16v..

my 1.6i16vg60 is also gonna rebuild and stage tuned bij a friend of my that drive,s a golf2 20vt a golf1 g60 and a ralley 16vt... :)

we build 2 engines now. my 1.6i16vg60 (AJV) I'm happy i have the ajv because there is allot less electriks...

and the 1.6i16v turbo ARC is going to be rebuild with a garret like the one it,s on the engine but a little smaller. this one is to big for the 1600 16v...

everything is going to be balanced,Crank pistons and the rods and the flyweel...

GOOD LUCK, build look amazing!.

I'm planning on doing this in summer, not too sure now though if it breaks taht often....

Might have to go for the a3 1.8t instead :).

wen you build it right it last for years

but not with a steal plate and the standart pistons!!! wen the internals are ok the motor is ok...

let take a look at the garret turbo!!! look and see, if never see this before!!!

shame the guy who spent all that money on that motor had to learn the hard way, hopefully people will take notice of this!

yes the owner of the car is sad that he has spend that kinda money and the motor is broken!!!!

the 136mm rods go in this engine, they dont fit direct, need some working on it.

from 22mm pistonpen to 20mm pistonpen :-)

some machining to make room for the 136mm rods.

Where did you get the connecting rods from?

can u fit g60 turbo in 1.6 8v or 16v in polo 6n ?
