Currently my car is lowered 80/60 on Philj lowering springs looking to get a set of BBS cross spokes, there 14s and is i fitted 165/65 tyres would they fit under my arches you reckon? At the mo I have standard polo steelies and tyres and they rub slightly. What do you reckon?

Find out the rolling raidus of your stock steels and 165/65/14s and if they are bigger then they will rub more.

Thats the problem mate I cant mate because the Wheels currently have different size wheels which i know wouldn't ft so you reckon i should just buy the wheels and then work out what tyres i need with trial and error?

You could do that if you wanted.

I'd just ask someone who has 165/55s to measure the diameter of the tyre and then measure your own and then you can find out the difference and there for get yourself an answer.

Obviously you'll have to take into account the difference in offset as well.
