Here i have for sale a pair of Brembo Max Grooved Discs which i brought from "Max Crox" on this forum on the offchance that they fitted my 6N 16v.

I can now safely say they do not fit and therefore are surplus to requirements.

They retail for £49.99 + £5 delivery.

I brought these for £25, they are brand new never been used or fitted.

They will fit the polos listed below but also loads of other VW's and Audi's including Mk2 golfs

I am willing to let these go for the same price as i paid for them as i hav literally taken them out the box to look at them, offered them up next to my existing brakes and realised they wont fit.

Absolute bargin at £25! cash on collection.

These are quite a heavey item so i would prefer not to post.

I'm not sure on that one mate, what i can tell you however is looking at the ones on my car are split (vented) and these brembo's are solid discs. Take a look at your existing discs and if they are solid then they should fit but dont quote me.

Hopefully somebody can help me out with this one?

Sorry mate, I'm reluctant to post, they weigh so dam much i dont think it would be cost effective

no worries fella, and i know what you mean, I've just taken mine off coz one of them sheared in half!! hence why I'm after some new one, think i might email brembo and see if they will send me a replacement set...

I've got G40 Calipers on mine, but mines a mk3 so would be different to yours anyway.

all i know is that i ve got a set of these brake disks that are 239mm under my set of 13's

If they are solid disks (and they look like they are from your pics) then they will not be suited to G40 or Mk1 Gti's as they use vented disks.

239mm solids are rears on many 6ns and 6n2s, that have rear disks.
