that rear beam looks like new! you gonna polybush it with the G-laderseite jobbies?

Looking really good Luke.

That rear beam has come up a treat, very nice. I think new genuine VW bushes would be better than hard Gladerseite poly ones though.

Keep up the good work.

Cheers,

Richard.

I'm going to use original vw rear bushes as i already have them

cheers breadman a gd start but loads to do and yeh using standard rear bushes as i thought the g ladersiete ones would be too harsh

nice mate, i say get soem wax in the hard to reach areas that maybe the powdercoating has missed, liek under that support bracket thing  looks good though mate

powder coating wont have missed any bits. its electrically charged so even if you dont directly point the nozzle at specific parts they will still get covered....thats the beauty of powder coating.

Have few more bits done over the last couple of weeks.I've changed both doors as they were dented and starting to rust at the bottom and matched in the coach lines then changed the boot lid as it was past it but luckily found them already in white.I've also cleaned the inside up by fitting a very gd condition original red stripe seats back in and fitted a full set of factory tinted glass and the ennglemans that i had on my g40.My ppp stage 2 subframe arived a few weeks back along with a H&R 70/60 cup kit so once the engines done ill be doing all the underneath and getting my rear beam fitted

As i had a nice day after all the tidying was done i took some pics

your the third person to say they want it this week lol.agreed on the suspension side thats why i now have the H&R kit to go on although the way its parked makes it look worse it sits dead level but the front gap is to much for me

thanks again guys

Such a sweet car, top work mate.

very nice luke, it's a real credit to you

how easy/hard is it to change the glass in a mk2/3? i have a tinted mk3 set sat on my drive and thinking about putting it in my gt :)

Not a big square lights person or white car person but this car is a peach, not just on the outside either judging by the rear beam, great stuff.

I love this car, red wheels against the white looks awesome :-D
