It looks awesome in this shot i've started to take a real liking to Coupes now but I think white mirrors would suit it so much better than red ones just my opinion though the rest of it looks Lush

I've been giving bessy a little bit more loving.First of i converted her to electronic ignition using an old seat ibiza system porsche dizzy (the old square ibiza before vw days) and a late mk2 polo coil,ignition amp and wiring. To say it made a difference would be an understatement so much smoother and responsive i guess my old points wearnt setup quite right lol

I then decided to do the head gasket as its been weeping oil for a long time i had the gaskets sat there so thought why not

nice derty bay

bit of clean before i started

then the fun begins

bit of sand blasting

all bk together with the edition of a 4 branch manifold.Ignore the scabby air filter lid i havnt finished spraying the new one yet

still to do

fit new HnR shocks and springs

new bottomarms

g40 brakes

stainless exhaust (currently being modified)

new struts

top mounts

new radiator

and maybe some bike carbs i have lying around

the subframe is for this one the problems not the frame itself that fitted perfect its the gearbox mount i have probs with.my frame is the one with arb thats why I've refurbed it

I'm a bit shady on mk2's....but is the front end differant in anyway? it looks like a jetta conversion or something, I'm confused?!!
