Featured Replies

Recently got myself this 1991 mk3 polo saloon, and got myself onto e38!. I've had two mk2 saloons before this, but that was when i didnt have a licence and they both got sold very soon after buying them. Got it wednesday and have spent all of today on it and plan to do loads more tomorrow. Here the pics from the for sale advert, its completely standard bar a couple of little things, loads more pictures to come as progress is made!

saw this forsale on here a couple of weeks ago, looks mint. what plans u got for it?

Subaru spoiler, 18" khan rims, mk3 golf front end, everything smoothed off, blue neons underneath, rage exhaust, carbon effect M3 mirrors with matching carbon vinyl roof and bonnet, air ride........

Think thats what he told me he was doing 8-)

Only playing. Looks really nice matey!! Sure whatever you will do to it will look awesome. Very ncie choice :-)

It has a boot  I'm feinding boots atm ..

Looking forward to seeing this aswell...

If it was me I'd do it to GT spec. Full conversion, badging, red-stripe bumpers etc. Like it would look if they did em from the factory, albeit a little lower :)

now that is a good shout!! :-) Not much work with it being a mk3 either!!

DO IT!!

definitely a good call; get it up to GT spec, load of oem bits too- foglamps, headlight protectors, spotlamp grille.... some 14" teardrops and a nice decent drop would look really nice!

spotlamp grille....

Marmite. Think looks good on the bread but not on the loon :-)

sounds like a good plan, BUT IMO its got a engine with 30k on it, id stick with that.

Agreed. It may have a decent low-mileage engine, but its a peice of piss to GT it. It's not like the car is a uber-rare classic which deserves to be kept in factory condition.

A couple of my mates have had Atlas grey GTs and they look real nice.

hello all, wel what I'm thinking is drop it wheels havnt decided yet... clear side repeaters and front indicators, slighty smoke all the lights, debadged front grill mayb on back but havnt decided yet. Red stripe in the bumpers like g 40s and mayb remove the bump strips dunno how that would look tho. But thats all for the moment sure that will keep me very busy, so far I've given it a really good clean inside and out and started to remove the stripe down the side, ill put up some pics tomo show you how its looking. :)

Blimey - where's that been for the last decade? Is it an SPI or an NZ?

Nice buy
