Is it a universal kit or specific to the Mk4 1.4 6n 8v?

not universal dnt think. it didnt fit on mine was standard mk4 1.3. but I've sin a few mk4s on here with it on . it may fit urs u need to check with some1 on here. cheers

Is it just the filter or is it the whole thing? fittings,hose etc?

dnt wri ill get sum more tmrw.. but all it is the cone itself with the breather pipe with it .. i gave away the cold air feed pipe.. so aint got that.. it may fit on you are car... if not..all u need is a passat 1.8 elbow u knw frm the throtle body.. or from a mk3 golf.. .

Can you change your description to k & n filter then please as this isnt an induction kit......
