Right, i bought this in september last year. Only crap phone pics, it looks a lot better in the flesh.

It's from an R plate polo, which had 80k on the clocks when i went to pick it up.

The conversion includes:

COMPLETE AFH ENGINE, GEARBOX, STARTER, ALTERNATOR, ALL ENGINE MOUNTS, FULL LOOM WITH ECU, EXHAUST MANIFOLD WITH DOWNPIPE AND CAT.

I have rebuilt the engine since and replaced the following - ALL NEW (with receipts for most):

BIG END AND MAIN SHELLS,

THRUST WASHERS,

PISTON RINGS,

FRONT AND REAR CRANK SEALS,

SACHS CLUTCH,

HEAD GASKET,

VALVE STEM SEALS,

CAM SEALS,

CAMBELT,

CAMBELT IDLER,

CAMBELT TENSIONER,

WATER PUMP,

INLET MANIFOLD GASKETS,

EXHAUST MANIFOLD GASKET,

NGK SPARK PLUGS,

MANN OIL FILTER.

The bores have been honed, the block pressure washed and painted red, sump/rocker cover etc. all sealed with gasket sealant, all valves removed, decoked and relapped in, all head ports have been decoked, throttle body and inlet have been split and decoked.

The engine is now fully assembled with gearbox, you have everything you need for a full conversion except for keys and clocks (clocks go cheap enough on here and keys can be made up using access codes from any good key programmer).

Right then £550 for this rebuilt 16v AFH conversion - very good price if you look around at the likes of test richie's who want more for an untouched motor, PERFECT BASE FOR YOUR BIKE CARB CONVERSION, need it gone to allow funds for new project, PM if you want pics and are genuinely interested.
