Interesting tyre choices on each axle

Looks good so far, a bit more finishing off and some paint and you're sorted

just trying to combat some understeer, the back seemed happy enough on 175s before so should be fine i hope!

Looking good mate! Will have to get you to do mine haha :p

Personally I'd fire in some neg camber up front, look at getting the rear beam gusseted and maybe firmer rear springs? I'm not sure I'd really want to run narrower at the rear, but obviously it your car!

camber and the rear beam certaintly will be sorted before the car goes back on the road, if i have a problem with the tyres ill just put 195s on the back to match the fronts.

i have a feeling it might work running wider fronts tho... just have to wait and see i suppose!

Yep nothing like a bit of trial and error!

aww no way your doing what i had in mind for mine

you gonna tell me your doing a carbon roof 2

anyways looks like your doing top week, just shame now i need to pick another look

we can have twin cars, dont let me put you off!

hopefully it will look sick!

this should look good when finished! when do you think you will complete it by? off topic a bit but your the guy who made all those nice bits using carbon fibre arent you? where abouts did you get the carbon fibre kit, as i fancy having a go at making some bits and bobs for my car.

look forward to seeing this finished

what you doing on back following ber arch line or altering them to fit squareback

it does work! i used to run 165/65 r14s on the rear of my gt square and 185/60s up front and it balance it out perfectly in the wet. my reasons for doing it were more arch clearance related though!

same idea as the fronts but keeping the horizontal line out the back too, kinda hard to explain but when i get them bonded on ill get pictures

its definatly coming along mate, looks great. I know why i have not seen you about now that your car if off the road. I pulled my finger out and sorted my fuel lines now. But I've sold my starmags so waiting for the new rims to go on.

I might pop over when i put the polo back on the road (needs MOT and tax).
