I've been lookin for a mk1 golf for a project for a while now and then this came up. it was only 10 miles away from my house which was a bonus. theres bodyworks in fairly good condition with only a few things needing sortin out. plans are to get all the bodywork done ready for paint over the winter. then either a g40 turbo or 2.0 16v on twin 45's. il update as i go along.

damn i'm jelous, my small light yellow mk1 got scrapped as it sat in a welders awaiting work for 6 months and i lost interest!!

sold off the g40 running gear, coily's, dash etc etc i was planning to fit! gutted!!!

i do have lots of panel parts left tho (new) sold the wings, rear arches inner and outer front panel and rear valance but still have just about everything else, lots of chassis panels and inner wings, can do you a great deal on the job lot if interested! oh got a bonnet too.
