right well the buyer has decided he doesnt want this anymore - the engine and everything is still in the car but it will be available as of the 1st week of july for collection from A.P.D Performance which is just outside Poole, Dorset

I was told this is worth £800-£1k by my friend who owns the garage but I agreed a price of £750 with the other buyer who is a close mate which is a steal so no lower!

It looks like a Lupo GTI engine or 20v engine is going to be a no go for me, as its too much hard work, i need a plug and play engine to get it on the road again asap.

If you could find out Tom, if we could collect it from you on Sunday 22nd June then we'll have it off you.

Not a problem Tom, can get a deposit to you.

Another option rather than us drive the 5 hours down there, would be that i could have a pallet delivered and arrange for the engine and bits to be collected by a courier, but it would mean i would need you to pack it up on the pallet for us.

Or we can come down as i said on Sunday 22nd June.

it doesnt take 2 minutes to write a PM or text message back to holly today once you found out what was happening at the garage.

i've tried ringing you, she's sent you numerous PM's that we can see you have read. and posting on here it is blatently obvious you're ignoring us.

this really is a joke. you shouldnt sell things if they were actually needed for your conversion.

i'm giving you these choices tomorrow (sunday):

*) refund, in the post monday am, with a chunk of interest for the weeks we've been waiting for this which blatently isn't going to arrive because you've not been smart enough to plan with the garage what you needed to keep.

or

*) get everything removed from the car that you've sold on monday, ready for collection tuesday by pallet/courier

or

*) don't do anything, chose to ignore us for longer, monday am we'll be reporting you to the police for a crime number, then starting the small-claims court process against you
