to be honest mate i would get his address if you can and go and speek to him face to face, and let him know whats gonna happen if you dont get the parts! as soon as he knows you will be taking him to court might might get his ass in gear!!

a guy on here messed me about before , i drove all the way from south wales to winchester ( about 230 miles ) to pick some twin carbs up and when i got there the guy wouldnt answer his phone so i kept trying to ring him for hours and he wouldnt pick up so i drove back home, cost me £40 for nothing!!!!

thats one thing i hate is time wasters!!

my offer still stands, if it gets to Jan 1st, then the court claim is being submitted.

you wont need the drive shafts...just use the exhisting and as for backbox/midbox...if you get desperate to get the car sorted, use a reducer adapter pipe to run it on the 8v system, i did that for a month till i could afford my SS system i use now, didnt cause a problem...if anything it increased back pressure.

the car all works etc and is fine. but dubbprince thats not the point they have paid for ALL the items and only obv reseaved some of them

simmy thats fair enough i know, i'm just trying to offer advice on quick sale of the car as an interim fix until the parts turn up and can be sold on then or bolted up. No point waiting for a few parts that in effect aren't required in a mad rush to get the car running and out on the road.

Meantime the clock is ticking.

good luck with this peeps, honestly anything you buy nowadays make sure its there and you got all the contact details etc, meeting up would be the best thing to do. feel for you genuining buyers but shame on the seller
