no wonder mine isnt cheap!

its renewal time for me soon, goes down to £700 odd tpft I'm 19 and with direct line, 1 years ncb. direct line proved the cheapest for me but i'll have to change when i get my 6n, as I'm going to mod it. the only mod my mk3 has is clear indicators :D its also a year today since I've passed!

Getting there though!

Tom, HIC should sort you out, i payed 1800 3rd party fire n theft last year (1st yr driving, no ncb) on my polo tdi colour concept.... this year with my coilys and aftermarket wheels declared and 1 yrs ncb, I'm paying a grand! You dont have to declare you are rims i dont think as they came standard with the car mate! I'm with HIC too btw... they're really helpfull! Go through edition38 and u get some discount too i think. My policy allows me to have upto 1.5k worth of exterior mods and upto 10hp increase lol without much change in cost!

Hope this helps

Cheers mate but they quoted me over £8000 for my car as it is!!! That was with some lady ringing me back tho from my online quote. Martinb on Edition can prob sort me out, gonna try Brentacre they sound good, aesthetic mods at no extra cost and an agreed bhp increase. Will prob be an extorsionate price tho knowing my luck :(
