anyone?

upto you, 60/40 would be fine?!?

60/40 with some 14" wheels

60/40 is best balance between looking reet good and keeping some practicality.

what size are those tyres? 185 55 14?

I'm asking for £40 for the set. These are the next ones up from the Brembo "MAX" series. Let me know if your interested!! RRP £70+ for these. Brembo Max? They cost £28 EACH + VAT from GSF...

will they fit with standard callipers?

will they fit with standard callipers?

should do mate. Aslong as you dont have a G40 they should be fine with your MK3

-edit-

here are the disc specs:

239x12mm diameter discs

4-stud fitment

grooved pattern

brand new

lol

dont you just love em :D

"LiggyL" how low do you reckon i would have to go to get the stance in the pshop you did?

Edited by mk2 rowdy

Not too sure mate, 60/40 lowering kit seems about right

Be interesting to drive a MK3 Polo with uprated suspension, I get the feeling the G40 is an 'experience' on standard shocks & springs lol

lol

you reckon 60/40 will get near that stance?

i would go lower i just dont want it to scrub in the arches to much

lol

yer

i well wanna put a g40 engine in mine

might have to wait a while as I'm only 17 lol

I'm only 19... i've got an engine conversion loom for my Paseo for a turbo engine from a Starlet, and the insurance would be hurrendous still so you may be waiting a few years! :p

Cant fault the MK3's though really considering how cheap they are. Wish i'd have had one as a first car rather than a clio!

haha sounds cool

yer i will be waiting a while

but I'm gonna try do a few bits to it =]

cant wait to lower it

I'm thinking mabye lower than 60/40

but i reckon it will scrub to much

Matt black, slammed on polished P-slots

Tint the orange indicator part of the rear light lenses red too.

You can go too OTT with a MK3 I reckon, keep it nice and simple. I'm sure i've seen a MK3 on here with a MK4 Golf front which looks ridiculous. No offense to the owner though, thats just my personal opinion.
