yes they are electric, but think the drivers side motor doesnt work, doesnt have a lower glove box, just a normal cubby shelf/hole thing, gear gaiter is being kept for another car.

they're not the same shape. but iirc they do fit, and polo handles fit the golf too. hope this helps.
