i have in my garage a 2001 polo gti engine, from a fire damaged vehicle, unconfirmed mileage but was told under 70k, aside from the soot it looks alright and has compression.

comes with alternator and PAS pump, coil pack, exhaust mainfold, engine mounts & loom upto ecu but nothing after that, the ecu didnt appreciate the heat.

enough loom for megasquirt which was my plan, was quoted £350 inc base map for custom megs loom & ecu.

selling because i need to start clearing my overdraft, and i want some twin 40's (will consider a straight swap)

i'm after £260 collected, i dont have any lifting equiptment,and it still has oil in, so please bear that in mind.

if someone wants to buy this i have a performance remapped ECU for this AVY engine (£140). so no need to worry about that side of things if wanting to buy this. helping us both out jackblack hopefully.

^for that the buyer will need a new loom, or at least part of it, as the loom has been cut just before the ecu, otherwise megs all the way.

as for selling the block, i'd rather have a head buyer, makes my life easier, but if you got the cash, i got the block.
