1999 Mk4 Golf 1.8T GTI

12 months MOT

I have owned this Mk4 for just over a year, When it was a std Mk4 Golf. I’ve replaced almost every serviceable part.

The TT dash was professionally installed just after I bought the car. It’s fully working with climate control ..... There’s no squeaks at all and looks really OE. The mk4 dials were moved into the TT surround so that we didn’t have to mess with the ecu and the TT clocks. The blue/red dials look better than the Audi ones anyway.

The car comes with a complete VW/VW specialist service history. The cambelt/water pump were done at 100K by a company called IVS (Independent VW Specialist) using VAG parts.

It is a fantastic car and drives/handles spot on all the time. I’ve used it as my daily for the last year and have never had any problems.

I took the car for its MOT on Friday and it went straight through ...... No problems at all B)

Bad points -

It has a couple of small dings on the front end !! One on each wing and on the bonnet. These are no more than a 10p in size and a local paintless dent removal company has quoted me £150 to completely remove them.

I’ve got a Bora front end already painted in Green that I can include in the sale.

The panels are all brand new but just need to have the new paint flattened off and polished.
