As long as the belt profile matches - i.e: rounded / squared teeth - then they say All diameters available - compatible for our HTD drive (or PSD toothies if the belts match - lol)

If it dont match then sell the standard toothies and buy a set from them with the custom size you want

ah hahaha, now i remember what it was i was meant to ask you earlier....... my engineer has a blank wheel cut and ready, i've even twisted his arm in to putting some edges on it.

what i need is a spare belt so he can hand finish the cut once he has machined it. i've opted for the 60mm as opposed to the 63mm that it's got at the mo.

so.......what belt does your old kit run? is it punto or something?

yea i've had a few peeps not liking the wheel size, but the way i look at it is the smaller diameter will improve acceleration on the heavier shell and will also put less strain on the gearbox/drivetrain which will have enough to deal with when i'll be sneaking past 175 - hopeful - bhp, plus the fact that i like them they were made in the year i was born - '81 + who else do you know who has a set of these?

i understand they're not to everyone's taste but tbh not alot of people like the fact i put a g40 in a 'heavy' 6n2.

i might get it weighed this weekend actually....

I'm so glad you said that because imo the steering wheel you've got atm looks gash doesn't suit the car one bit, but i'm a big fan of the rest of it can't wait to see and Hear it at the next No-Rice :-D

yea i've hated it since i bought the car, why some one would go out and spend their hard earned on that is beyond me but each to their own.

should be getting my gt inlet this week, g60's, looking for a suitable chip, waitng on a 60mm pulley and porting on a fresh charger!

Looking good mate, very different i'll give you that! My dad made a custom ribbed belt kit for my G40, and i've had a 55mm pulley on it for the last month and have had no problems as of yet (fingers x'd!) It runs 16psi of boost on full throttle and pulls like a train! So you should have no problems with a 60mm pulley- if the charger is in good nick of course!

thanks mate, yea getting the charger rebuilt next week and a bit of extra polishing/porting. i'll run it in then get my pulley sorted. :-D :-D
