I think the forst meet should be in a July to give me enougth time to get down there and sort it out with the guy who owns the pub .

i would say a 7:30 start / late finnish to give people time to get there after work ..

Let me know what everyone thinks about the time

I would ask for people to purchase one drink form the pub when attending the meets as this will keep a friendly arrangement with the landlord who will be happy for us to return .

There is a large carpark and a large seperated room in pub which we can use .

The meets will be on the 2nd wed of every month as its free pool on a wed night ..

Hopefully be seeing some people there ..

Dont think we will be having a club stand or anything like that .

Its more of a relaxed thing just to chill and meet some new people ..

I think majority of people will be on diffrent club stands at various shows this year..
