had this made for by a very good chippy,made out of a soild hardwood frame and 15mm mdf cut to shape that sits on top, there is no movment in it at all, i didnt even have it bolted down and it didnt move anywhere, it all assembles very easy and all parts are labled... so ill pretty much let the pics do the talking...............

iam in milton keynes, but my mum and and dad are pretty close to you in evesham worceter so i could take it there for you, if not then yeah ill be at inters.

ermm may be a bit rude but can i have some pics of how you had this as I've made my own and was looking at haow you mounted it and stopped it bending in the car . mine is the right size but is not supported under neath

any help would be great cheers.

i had a frame made up mate ill try get u some pics up, how thick was the mdf you used?

i used 10mm thick mdf its carpeted and fits nicely round the edges but the front section is not supported where the seat well is tried using a block of wood but does nt really work.
