Hi, I'm new here, nice forum you guys have got here :)

Been a VAG man since my first car (mk,2 Golf C) and have now graduated to an Audi S2 coupe via a couple of Golf GTis :) Unfortunately the S2 rivals the late, great Oliver Reed for a drinking habit and so I want a smaller, lighter more fuel efficient car to use every day but one that will still keep me entertained! I'd thought about another mk.2 Driver or GTi but I have a heavy right foot and little self control so need something that's a little different...

I'm after a mk.3 Coupe GT as a daily driver. I'm not too fussed either way about mods as I respect a properly modified car but uber low suspension or extra loud exhausts are a no-no as I've been there before and it's just not too practical with speed bumps and tinitus! I'm on a relatively tight budget so nothing in the £000s will suit I'm afraid. I've looked at a few of the for sale threads and made some enquiries. Local pickup near Bristol + an hour really.

Wow! Seems to be a rather fluid market for GTs at the mo. Of the few that are close there are now potentially none Best keep looking as it's been a whole 24 hours

Still looking for a GT, a few have come and gone, shame that the insurance on Carver's GT conversion was high for me.

did u try brent acer? they are really good on conversions
