The slight leak at the head gasket is comman and thats what will have caused your alternator to go it also shortens the life on the cam belt, does it cut out when the clutch is pressed all the way down or if the car is out of gear?

pics ???

do you have any pics of this?

with the exception of the headgasket and idling problem you've cured most of the usual stuff that these suffer with.

depending on the condition of the body, engine size, spec, and tax/test situation breadvans generally go for 150-500.

i recently sold my 1989 1043cc breadvan with a years test for £250 so you arent gonna make your money back from all off the repairs, youve had done. if you get some pics someone will be able to give you a better estimate.
