Is there any trick to fitting them as i've tried and they just won't push or even be hit in.

They just seem too big!

are youre tca arms oe or replacments??replacments can alter in size

oe as far as I know.

Will give the vice a go tomorrow but 2 be honest not sure its gonna work.

Would it be ok to file a little out of tca?

Hello!

I had a set of these - fitted them and thought - they stick out / are too big...

But wait - because Nylon is stiffer than rubber - getting them into the existing TCA is not easy by hand.

Basically fit them in as you have done - put the metal through the middle of the 2 sides - fit them onto the car and do up the ARB.

You will notice the bushes pull into the TCA as you do them up - seating them perfectly into the TCA and you are then ready to go!

Had them in a vice this morning and could get them to fit only for them to pop back out when I undid it, so reakon you're about spot on with saying they'll sort themselves out once fitted.

The blocks and bushes are a really good modification over standard items - i noticed the difference immediatly after fitting both.

Go easy on the first outing - get used to the new characteristics of the way the car handles and you will see what i mean!
