gotta be parked 2 car lengths away from any junction, pretty funny like, i see loads of traffic wardens in manchester ticketing cars, but its a good thing as most people think they have a right to park their car anywhere it will fit, not where its actually allowed or designated (stoppin in the middle on streets, half sticking out, half on pavements). they shouldnt tow them, just s tab the tyres, thatll learn em

Isn't it a fixed length and not just car lengths? Because 2 car lengths for say a Smart Car would be less than 1 car length for say a Mondeo.

It comes up pretty regular mate. The cold gets in their heads and makes them think southerners are all wealthy unfriendly and arrogant. It's not so much a North/South divide though, because most Southerners couldn't give a fuck where you're from - seemingly it's only the North that thinks about it ever.. Shame.

worse. They painted them at about 2pm. The poor bastards parked there and went to work. Only to return to find their cars ahve been replaced with red lines.

That black traffic tosser is taking pictures they have to take pictures of all cars they book. if the owner of the car wanted to he can use them pictures as his own evidence to prove that he was not breaking the law!!!! and they have to take pictures of every side of the car!!!
