it is a 16v, no idea about the side repeaters.. perhaps they didnt put clear ones on white 16v's... and yes the grille badge is missing...

perhaps you have hit the nail on the head why no one is biting... i'll put up some pics of the engine and V5.

Looks like a 16v to me, it has the 16v bumpers and the badge on the rear aswell as the clear indicators and 16v alloys, but someone could of just taken the grill badge off and replaced the rear lights with 8v ones because some people pay stupid prices for the 16v rear lights. Anyway good luck with the sale

Maybe putting some pictures of the enigne bay up may help proving it is a 16v

its mechanically sound

needs a tiny touch up on the boot lid where the paint has chipped off and an MOT... which it should sail as it was just serviced and no faults were reported.

Yeah he has only just uploaded those pictures and the comments about it being a 16v were made before those pictures were put up

I will sail an MOT as I did just recently have it serviced and there were no advisories.

I would take it to be MOT'd however its now not insured, so getting it to an MOT station is going to be a bit more complicated.

if it sits there another week or two I wont have a choice... I will have to MOT it, but it will effect the price.

so as long as you ring ahead it will be fine.

its MOT'ed until 17th Jul... its just not insured any more...

anyways... someone has done an HPI on it and is coming to view tonight, so they now have first refusal.
