Just wondering with all this petrol price bollocks at the moment, how many miles do you get roughly to a full tank?

Not sure on mine, will update ths tommorow when my tank is empty.

So how many miles are you getting and in what car/engine?

Rover 420 GSDI Turbo 650+ if i drive nice and 450 if i drive hard its also chipped decat big cone filter egr blanked and i have a rr print out to show 134.9bhp and i can still get 60+mpg

1.05 mk3 I get about 330miles. Bout 38-42 mpg. Could get more if I didn't drive like a tit so much. Gonna put a gt cam in this summer - might drop a bit then!

Mate, I get about the same in my GT! can get around 330 miles to 40quids worth, can never seem to put more than about 35liters in even when it started chugging, think my tanks a replacement thats smaller.

A full tank is a full tank no matter the petrol prices...

I however prefer not to fill up my 55L tank and make my car heavier

i got 325 to £35 - 1.4 8v FTW (all motorway miles driving like a granny tho )

Mk2 Golf 1.3... 55L tank = 280-300 miles

Mk6 Escort TDI, 55L tank as well... 400 to a tank when giving it death and 500 easily attainable since changing the air filter

Just done 350 miles in the valver, and the petrol light hadn't come on yet (but was nearly there) so if I'd pushed it, would have got 360 miles. Mostly motorway, but will get just over 300 with more urban driving.

Hmm, your MPG is as bad as mine Toby :(

For got to say if i use veggy oil i get about 400.

Polo 1.4 CL - i get 60+ out of a tenner, not sure if thats good or not :)

51ltrs = £72

Gives me 536 miles

(with the Climate control in "Econ Mode")

At the mo she's average's around 53/54MPG

i tried to use that, but when i tried to enter 'shit loads' in as the liters of fuel used it wouldn't let me

we get 400 miles to a tank with some motorway in it and stick round the 60mph mark cos we are tight !

depends how i drive! As i dont know what slow is, usually around 250miles roughly. I'll work it out once the cars working and fuelled up again!

mines terrible,,i put £50 in two weeks ago and its covered 180 miles and is now just below a quater,,i do drive it a bit silly sometimes though.

i got 326miles on the round trip to inters and back to 40 quid in my valver!

i got 300-330 miles on 40quids worth of petrol a few weeks back, half motorway half just pottering around! not driving hard but nor was i going at snails pace! thought that was rather good being a gti.
