Hi all, dont know if anyone can help me with this one ?. My grandad recently passed away and has left his car to my nan, she cant drive any longer and wants to sell it, but we dont know how much to put it up for, I have searched ebay and autotrader website and cant find any of the same model, only coupe's and not coupe GT'S so we dont know if this is anything special or not.

The car is a 1991 Volkwagon Polo GT Coupe 1272cc in White, its done 103,000 and all the bodywork etc is in good nick, its all taxed and mot'd so just wondering what sort of money we should be looking for with it ?.

worth anything inbetween £100 to £1000 depending on the condition of it, do you have any pictures? If the bodywork is good (i.e. pretty much no rust) then probably about £500-£600.

£500-£600 seems about right i suppose.

how much you looking for it, how much tax and test does it have, service history and mots etc, get some more pacific details up, what does it run like etc?

i'd say £500. The bodyworks not really in such a bad shape to warrant less.

And i also notice you're only in sleaford. Not too far away then...........

Reet, here are the details as I now have in my possesion all the docs and stuff...

Date of first use : Jan 12th 1991

Last Mot'd : March 4th 2008, expires March 7th 2009

The only paperwork I have with it are the log book,the 3 last emmisions tests and three last mot's plus the tax disk, and one invoice of some work that had been carried out on it in February and also the owners manual.

Last emmisions test in March reads :

CO 0.02% - Pass

HC2 PPM - Pass

Idle Speed - Pass

Smoke Level - Pass

Overall Result - Pass
