Thats seriously cool!

Tho i recon turbo'd it'l be scary as foook! be like a bean tin with a rocket strapped to it! lmao

I've only just found this but you already know what i think of it :lol:8-)

hahaha, indeed mate 8-) cheers.

well i got bored yesterday (as i usually do) and decided it needed lowering, fuck spongey suspension i though and off i went :D, rolled the arches on all 4 corners and its still rubbing VERY BADLY.

The nearside side repeaters stopped working and I've had a new bulb in it and checked with a voltmeter and all are showing good, its just refusing to work :( ahh well I'm sure i will fix it eventually anyway pics:

sory i haven't got many.... just a rolled and slightly pulles front arch pic a comparison of removed spacer pic and low pic.

Before spacer removed and drive flanges chopped... VVV

he does now :(

the slags looking cool now, how much did you chop off your flange you big gay.

the wheels almost look okay in the arch but you still need more arch flaring cos that will scrub like a motherbitch

nowt dude, thats releasing fluid... didnt get around to chopping anything the sump had 5/6" to go so I'm ok 8-) and ye a loooong way on the back as i want to go loweer the fronts aint that bad if I'm not steering or going over 20 ona field

hahahaha tbh the beige hustler used to scrub to fuck over pebbles in the road, used to shit meself thinking the tires would explode and we would die sideways on a motorway!

if you got a turbo in that mofo your gonna wanna give it beans and you wont be able to with mchoosive wheels.

whats the suspension travel like with the little thing decked?

theres an inch between the bump stop and the upper arms on the front  so basically.. THERE AINT ANY! gna get the grinder out soon and lop a chunk off them :ninja:

22613021mv9.jpg

hahaha, tis silicon :( was proper gutted decided to trial fit ma carbon doorcards and boot trim and... SPLODGE got it on ma kecks :( proper p'd off i can tell thee.

looks sweet mate roll them arches lad

it is dude, bashed flat against the outer lip rubber mallet stylez.

the pic makes it look like it hasent been BUT in my defence you can see a slight step in the wing half way up, well thats what you can see that makes it look like a lip.

gna have to roll them though, ansd chop chunks out of the front and back of the front arches, I've priced up a sset of 165/55 yokos to replace my 165/60's and its gna cost a bomb, so gna have to make do I'm afraiad....

well my works of late:

DSCF0739.jpg

the small ones were doorcrds out the mini I've chopped up to fit perfectly, (quite abit of chopping so a fair amount of c/f left)

the large one is a front doorcard but as I'm not using mk3 on doors in the mini so the cards are redundant so there getting put to use in the metro, the line at the bottom (ish) is where i will cut the card the piece below the line will be a boot trim panel as i dont have a rear window wiper i dont need ht ebig bulge in the std plastics so its getting replaced 8-)

my anodised nuts bolts washers e.t.c will be here next week sometime so i will be able to bolt them in properly then. my minisport delivery has come though and my braided oil cooler hoses are here WOOP!

How on earth do you know the meaning of FFBM ..

Charlieeeeeee , Karllllllllll ,,

I gave birth to that a few months back and you tell this boy

Keep it under wraps mister Benjamin ..

Keep up the good work on the car too ! 8-)

This looks really cool in my opinion.

I great fun, not alot i can do engine wise as of yet as the engine kit I'm after to convert to a BM head is 500 for fixings ex. head so saving is on the cards :)

the polo.. well not entirely sure, mums using it still as her daily and when she gets a new car its either getting sold stock or shoved in the barn until i can do what i want with it but tbh, when i can afford insurance on it i will be able to afford it on a 20vt golf or a A4 or something so not sure I'm even going to bother if I'm honest.
