sorry, my mistake

Plate is P10 DUB - I removed the previous owner's extra letter. Just mentioned for interest value.

I'm confused...surely adding an extra digit is highly illeagal!?

What's there to be confused about? He's clearly stated that it was the previous owner who added a small 'o' so the plate read Po10 DUB, but he's removed it.

Previous owner added a sticker in between P and 1. It was illegal, hence I removed it. Only mentioned because plate was fairly well known where I live and I was asked about selling it several times but was not interested in selling until now.

Hope this clears things up.

What sort of price are you looking for

Reg transfers have valued the plate at £850, but I've just discovered that they take a £275 cut. I think they've got it massively overpriced! I bought the plate on a car so don't know the exact value, but I do know that previous owner bought the plate for £500, which I think is more appropriate.

However, we've got our second child due in september and a plate on retention waiting for a sale that won't happen (at that value) is no use to me. Therefore, I'm open to offers.
